Shipping:

We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days.

Shipping times vary by destination and are shown at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We currently ship within the United States. If you need expedited shipping or have special delivery requests, contact us before ordering and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Returns and Refunds:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please reach out — we’re reasonable people and we’ll work with you.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.

To start a return, email us at jbenmcleod@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll respond promptly with next steps.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Custom, made-to-order, or final-sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos, especially if the box was damaged, so we can resolve it quickly.
