    • All of the products you see on JM EcLectic are handmade right here in the U.S.A. It’s a family-owned business that truly cares about producing high quality products and giving exceptional customer service. We will bend over backwards for you. We accept custom requests and we’re constantly adding to our product line.

  • How long has JM EcLectic been around?

    • We started on websites like Etsy and Ebay (we’re still there) about 5 years ago. This website is brand new (went live on Dec. 31st 2025). Although we’re new here, we’ve been producing amazing products for years, honing our craft.

  • Are you products made to order?

    • Some are. Others are kept in stock, like our very popular columns. It all depends on the demand for the item.

  • Where do you ship?

    • Currently, we are shipping within the U.S., but we plan on offering worldwide shipping soon.

  • How long does shipping take?

    • It depends on the location of the buyer. We are located in Savannah, GA, so if someone from California places an order, you can usually expect your package about a week after the item has shipped. The item will be shipped same day or the day after the order if it is in stock. If it is a made-to-order item, it will usually ship within two days.

  • What mail carriers do you use?

    • UPS.

  • Will I be provided tracking information?

    • Of course. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

  • What if my item arrives damaged?

    • We insure all packages for their full value. If the carrier has mishandled the package and there are signs of damage to the box(es), PLEASE take pictures of the damage, both to the box and to the item, and send the pictures to us. We will either refund you or get a new package sent out right away, whichever you prefer. In the event that there is damage, please contact us before discarding the packaging.

  • Do you accept custom requests?

    • Absolutely! In fact, we often add custom requests as new products for others to purchase as well (for example, our large 20” x 20” column was the result of a custom request). If you can describe it, chances are we can build it.

  • Do you offer a warranty?

    • We offer a 1-year warranty on all products. We stand by our products and, more importantly, we truly care and want our customers to be completely satisfied. If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase due to defects in the workmanship, we will take care of you.
